This article is inspired by the state of our world today. Everyone in the world has been impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. In this free video, I present my thoughts, reflections and ideas on how to lead during a crisis like Covid-19, and good leadership during these unprecedented times…

In the middle of every great leadership journey there is a disaster. I am impressed to see the Black Lives Matter movement continues to pick up momentum, not just in the USA, but all over the world. I sincerely hope that the entire world will listen to the voices of the unheard, and recognise how much suffering goes on in our world. Regardless of race, age, gender, sexual orientation or any other potentially divisive labels, it is time we recognised that we are all one race, the human race. The labels we place on ourselves, or others, often do more harm than good.
