The Gold Rush Into The Project Leadership Field

As more professionals enter the field of project management and leadership, similar to the days of the gold rush, it becomes more critical for you, as a practitioner, to excel and hone your skills.



You should note though, the merchants who supplied gold digging tools tended to fair much better than the miners that did the actual digging. Similarly, in an increasingly crowded project management terrain, fortune will favour those who look beyond merely leading and delivering projects by rote.
